  • Vous êtes responsable de services IT-business stables, économiques et conformes aux règles pour la plateforme utility actuelle et future. Vous réalisez des revues de services business basées sur des règles et assumez la gestion économique de l-exploitation.
  • En tant qu-élément de liaison entre le business et l-exploitation, vous accompagnez les projets et êtes responsable du transfert ordonné de services nouveaux ou modifiés vers l-exploitation.
  • Vous coordonnez le développement des services business et mettez en relation les exigences du business avec les possibilités techniques.
  • En collaboration avec des équipes internes et des partenaires externes, vous veillez à ce que les incidents soient traités rapidement et que des solutions durables soient mises en œuvre.
  • Pour les exigences de gouvernance et les audits, vous coordonnez les parties prenantes et accompagnez les mesures qui en découlent.
  • Avec un regard sur la satisfaction client, la qualité et la rentabilité, vous gérez stratégiquement les budgets, coûts, contrats et prestations convenues.

Vos atouts

  • Vous disposez d-une expérience de plusieurs années dans la gestion de services IT-business critiques et dans la collaboration avec des équipes d-exploitation.
  • Vous connaissez la gestion des services IT et avez une expérience pratique d-ITIL ainsi que de la gestion des incidents, problèmes et changements.
  • Vous rassemblez de manière engageante différents stakeholders et créez des solutions viables entre le business, l-IT et les partenaires externes.
  • Vous travaillez de manière autonome et bien organisée et gardez une vue d-ensemble même dans un environnement où tout n-est pas encore défini.
  • Une expérience avec les budgets, contrats, prestataires ou audits complète votre profil ; des connaissances dans le secteur utility ou énergie sont un avantage.
  • Avec empathie, une présentation convaincante et un bon niveau d-allemand, vous soutenez la collaboration et contribuez activement à la mise en place des nouveaux services.
