  • Du verantwortest stabile, wirtschaftliche und regelkonforme IT-Business-Services für die heutige und künftige Utility-Plattform. Du führst regelbasierte Business-Service Reviews durch und verantwortest den wirtschaftlichen Betrieb.
  • Als verbindendes Element zwischen Business und Betrieb begleitest du Projekte und verantwortest die geordnete Überführung neuer oder veränderter Services in den Betrieb
  • Du koordinierst die Weiterentwicklung der Business Services und bringst Anforderungen aus dem Business mit technischen Möglichkeiten zusammen
  • Gemeinsam mit internen Teams und externen Partnern sorgst du dafür, dass Störungen zeitnah bearbeitet und nachhaltige Lösungen umgesetzt werden
  • Bei Governance-Anforderungen und Audits koordinierst du die Beteiligten und begleitest die daraus entstehenden Massnahmen
  • Mit Blick auf Kundenzufriedenheit, Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit steuerst du strategisch Budgets, Kosten, Verträge und vereinbarte Leistungen

Deine Stärken

  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Management geschäftskritischer IT-Business-Services und in der Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsteams mit
  • Im IT-Servicemanagement kennst du dich aus und verfügst über praktische Erfahrung mit ITIL sowie Incident-, Problem- und Change-Management
  • Unterschiedliche Stakeholder bringst du verbindlich zusammen und schaffst tragfähige Lösungen zwischen Business, IT und externen Partnern
  • Du arbeitest selbständig und gut organisiert und behältst auch in einem Umfeld, in dem noch nicht alles definiert ist, den Überblick
  • Erfahrung mit Budgets, Verträgen, Dienstleistern oder Audits ergänzt dein Profil; Kenntnisse im Utility- oder Energieumfeld sind von Vorteil
  • Mit Empathie, überzeugendem Auftreten und guten Deutschkenntnissen unterstützt du die Zusammenarbeit und gestaltest den Aufbau der neuen Services aktiv mit
