Um unser kontinuierliches organisches Wachstum voranzutreiben, suchen wir ständig nach hochqualifizierten Fachkräften. Als Ergänzung unseres Controlling Teams in Bubendorf/BL suchen wir per sofort eine/n S*enior CAPEX Controller* (a), 100%.

 

hre Aufgaben:

  • Monitoring und Reporting des Projektfortschritts in Bezug auf Zeitplan, Ressourcen und Kosten sowie Erstellung regelmässiger Cash Forecasts
  • Sicherstellung der Financial Compliance und konsequentes Einfordern der Bachem Standards und Prozesse
  • Proaktives Anzeigen von Abweichungen unter Einhaltung der Eskalationsstufen
  • Aufzeigen von Kostenpotenzialen und aktive Unterstützung der Bereiche bei der Umsetzung
  • Überwachung und Koordination des Genehmigungsprozess von Projektbudgets und Bestellanforderungen, Vorbereitung von Projektaktivierungen
  • Ansprechpartner für alle Finanz-Themen, Koordination und Verantwortung des Change-Management-Prozesses, Koordination und Unterstützung der Zahlungen an Lieferanten
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Projektmanagement-Prozessen und Tools

 

 

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Ausbildung, Weiterbildung im Bereich Finanzen / Controlling
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung im Projektcontrolling, vorzugsweise in Grossprojekten
  • Teamfähigkeit, sowie sicheres Auftreten gegenüber den Stakeholdern
  • Ausgeprägtes Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsvermögen, Hands-on Mentalität sowie eine eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Motivation und Ausdauer bei komplexen Aufgaben und Herausforderungen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Microsoft Office, insbesondere sehr gute Excel Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP und BI-Systeme
