Im Fokus stehen zentrale digitale und physische Touchpoints zwischen der ZKB und ihren Kundinnen und Kunden, die Bedürfnisse mit Technologie, Prozessen, User Experience, Security und Betrieb verbinden. Dazu gehören unter anderem eBanking, Mobile Banking sowie digitale Eröffnungs\-, Onboarding\- und Lifecycle\-Prozesse.

Innerhalb von Client Channels bildet das Team Digitale Kundenschnittstelle das Bindeglied zwischen Strategie und Umsetzung. Strategische Themen werden konkretisiert, Konzepte entwickelt und für die Umsetzung vorbereitet. Im Bereich Customer Identity \& Access Management (CIAM) steht dabei eine zentrale Frage im Fokus: Wie lassen sich sichere Authentifizierungs\- und Autorisierungsprozesse mit einem überzeugenden digitalen Kundenerlebnis verbinden?

Für die Weiterentwicklung dieses strategisch wichtigen Themenfelds suchen wir dich als Senior CIAM Specialist \& Project Manager.

Deine Herausforderung

  • Du steuerst CIAM\-Projekte (Scope, Time \& Budget) und bringst gleichzeitig deine fachliche Expertise in die konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung ein, mit einem Schwerpunkt von rund 60% Projektleitung und 40% CIAM\-Facharbeit
  • Verantwortung und Begleitung mehrerer CIAM\-Projekte von der ersten Konkretisierung bis zur Übergabe in die Umsetzung– einschliesslich der Markteinführung mit einem Launch\-Konzept und passender Kommunikation
  • Analyse fachlicher, technischer und regulatorischer Anforderungen und Überführung in konkrete Lösungsansätze
  • Weiterentwicklung von Strategien und Konzepten rund um CIAM, Authentifizierung und Autorisierung
  • Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Authentifizierungs\-, Sicherheits\- und Zugriffsprozesse
  • Koordination interner und externer Fachpersonen sowie adressatengerechte Aufbereitung komplexer Themen für unterschiedliche Stakeholder
  • Beobachtung technologischer, regulatorischer und marktseitiger Entwicklungen im CIAM\-Umfeld und Ableitung relevanter Handlungsfelder

Deine Qualitäten und Begabungen

  • Ausbildung in (Wirtschafts\-)Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung (HF/FH/Universität) oder mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige, fundierte CIAM\-Erfahrung mit Fokus auf Konzeption und Umsetzung sowie gutes Verständnis von Authentifizierungs\- und Autorisierungsmethoden
  • Technisches Verständnis von CIAM\-Frameworks, Sicherheitsarchitekturen und den zugrunde liegenden Abläufen
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten und im Stakeholder\-Management
  • Kenntnisse regulatorischer und datenschutzrechtlicher Anforderungen
  • Strategische und analytische Denkweise sowie echtes Interesse daran, das Themenfeld CIAM langfristig weiterzuentwickeln
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1\-Niveau
