In dieser Position übernimmst du die strategische Betreuung von bestehenden Key Accounts und entwickelst diese weiter. Du identifizierst zusätzliche Dienstleistungsbedarfe, platzierst passende Lösungen und koordinierst die Umsetzung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern. Die kombiniert Relationship Management, Business Development und operative Steuerung.

* Kundenbetreuung: Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Beziehungen zu bestehenden Key Accounts auf Entscheidungsebene * Bedarfsanalyse: Erkennen von neuen Geschäftsmöglichkeiten, Ableiten von Dienstleistungsbedarfen und Platzieren relevanter Lösungen * Dienstleistungskoordination: Steuerung der operativen Umsetzung, inkl. Abstimmung mit Delivery Teams, Partnern und dem Kunden * Business Development: Ausbau des Umsatzes innerhalb der bestehenden Accounts, inkl. Cross und Upselling * Stakeholder Management: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams, um eine hohe Servicequalität sicherzustellen * Reporting \& Forecasting: Regelmässige Analyse der Account Performance und Ableitung von Massnahmen Gesuchtes Profil

* Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren , idealerweise in der Personalberatung / Workforce Solutions. Alternativ: Retail, FMCG, Tabak, Versicherung oder andere dienstleistungsorientierte Branchen * Sprachen: (Schweizer)Deutsch und Englisch fliessend; ösisch oder Italienisch von Vorteil * Standort: Büro in Zürich oder Basel (HomeOffice möglich) * Reisebereitschaft: gelegentliche Kunden\- und Teambesuche * Kompetenzen: starke Kundenorientierung, Verhandlungsgeschick, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Eigenverantwortung Was die attraktiv macht
