Dann werden Sie Teil unseres Group Finance Teams. In dieser zentralen Fachrolle berichten Sie an Consolidation, Reporting \& ICS Manager. Als Spezialist für Lucanet und Schnittstellen stellen Sie zuverlässige Konsolidierungs\- und Abschlussprozesse sicher, unterstützen unsere Finance\-Organisation und entwickeln Systeme, Kontrollen und Reporting\-Prozesse kontinuierlich weiter.

Ionbond – The Surface Engineers™

Ionbond liefert fortschrittliche Beschichtungslösungen für Anwendungen in der Luft\- und Raumfahrt, in der Medizintechnik, im Kontakt mit Lebensmitteln, in der Automobilindustrie, in der dekorativen Industrie und im Werkzeugbau. Wir bieten eine breite Palette harter, reibungsarmer und verschleissfester Beschichtungen auf der Grundlage von PVD\-, PACVD\- und CVD\-Technologien. Ihr Verantwortungsbereich

  • Sie unterstützen lokale und zentrale Finance\-Teams bei der Nutzung von Lucanet und übernehmen Troubleshooting, Datenvalidierung, Stammdatenunterstützung und Anwenderberatung.
  • Sie entwickeln das Lucanet\-Reporting sowie unsere Konsolidierungsprozesse, den technischen Planungsprozess, Kontrollen und Dokumentationen kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Sie identifizieren sinnvolle Automatisierungs\- und AI\-Anwendungsfälle und begleiten deren praktische Umsetzung im Group Finance.
  • Sie führen die monatlichen Closing Checks in Lucanet durch und prüfen Vollständigkeit, Konsistenz, Abstimmungen und Bilanzqualität.
  • Sie analysieren identifizierte Daten\- und Systemprobleme, koordinieren deren Behebung mit den zuständigen Finance\-Teams und stellen eine nachhaltige Lösung sicher.
  • Sie unterstützen den Monatsabschluss, Jahresabschluss und Financial Audits.

Persönlichkeits\- und Kompetenz\-Profil

Wir suchen eine Persönlichkeit mit Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative, Zielstrebigkeit, Verlässlichkeit und hoher Flexibilität sowie:

  • Rund vier Jahre Berufserfahrung in Accounting, Group Consolidation, Reporting oder Audit, idealerweise in einem internationalen Unternehmen.
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Lucanet oder einem vergleichbaren Konsolidierungs\- und Reporting\-System.
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit ERP\-Systemen, insbesondere in den Bereichen Accounting und Reporting.
  • Verständnis von Monats\- und Jahresabschlussprozessen.
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation in Finance, Accounting oder Business Administration.
  • Sehr gute Excel\- und Abstimmungskenntnisse sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Datenstrukturen und Datenqualität.
  • Interesse an Automatisierung von Prozessen.
  • Fliessende Englischkenntnisse; Deutsch und weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil.
