Das sind deine Aufgaben ##

  • Beratung, Projektleitung und Projektbearbeitung sowie selbständige Akquisition
  • Beratung integraler Projektteams bei der Umsetzung von bauphysikalischen und/oder lärmtechnischen wie akustischen Themen
  • Selbständiges Durchführen bauphysikalischer und/oder bau- und raumakustischer sowie Lärmmessungen unter Anwendung der aktuellen Normen
  • Beratung und Betreuung der Bauherrschaft und Architekt:innen bei Wettbewerben in den Fachgebieten Bauphysik und Energie sowie Lärm und Akustik

Das bringst du mit ##

  • Abgeschlossenes Fach-/Hochschulstudium in Bauphysik, Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Umwelt- und Naturwissenschaften oder mit vergleichbarem Bezug zur Bauwirtschaft
  • Erfahrung auf dem Bau (Handwerker) von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung (fachlich und in der Projektleitung)
  • Erfahrung in Bauabläufen und derer Prozesse
  • Gutes Netzwerk in der Schweizer Baubranche
  • Fundierte Projekterfahrung in der Umsetzung von gross- und mittelgrossen Projekten
  • Erfahrung im lösungsorientierten und konzeptionellen Arbeiten - selbständig und innerhalb von Teams Erfahrung im Umgang mit den gängigen Softwaretools
  • Empathie und ein gutes Gespür für Menschen
  • Erkennen von Ansprüchen und Bedürfnissen von Kunden
  • Kreativität, Engagement, Anpassungsvermögen, Teamfähigkeit und gute Umgangsformen
  • Beherrschung der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift (mind. Niveau C1/C2)
  • Fundierte Englisch- und Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
