Contrôleur Senior (h/f) 80-100% ###

Le cœur de votre travail : #####

  • Élaborer, coordonner et surveiller les prévisions et budgets pour toutes les divisions commerciales de PPS (localement VSG, puis Berne).
  • Partenariat commercial pour les départements centraux de PPS
  • Analyse, compréhension et élaboration de comptes de résultats ainsi que de KPIs / tableaux de bord / automatisations dans les différentes divisions commerciales (par ex. analyse des parts de marché, statistiques du personnel, etc.).
  • Création de tableaux de bord, automatisation des rapports et solutions BI.
  • Coordination et supervision des rapports financiers (clôtures mensuelles et annuelles) dans le segment retail (VSG puis Berne) avec une vue synthétique et analytique.
  • Gestion et administration de projets prioritaires pour l-unité et le segment retail.

  • Formation commerciale supérieure (haute école spécialisée, université, etc.)
  • Au moins 4 ans d-expérience dans un poste similaire.
  • Connaissances et expériences dans le secteur du commerce de détail sont un atout.
  • Expérience en entreprise de groupe souhaitée
  • Esprit d-entreprise et d-équipe, pensée analytique, initiative personnelle, action proactive et sens des responsabilités.
  • Personne dynamique, motivée, fiable et efficace.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques courants : suite MS Office en particulier Excel (niveau avancé), bonne compréhension des ERP (SAP) et connaissances des outils BI (Power BI, Power Pivot, etc.).
  • Connaissances en finance et comptabilité (bilan, compte de résultat, IFRS).
  • Expérience et connaissances du retail et du fonctionnement dans un grand groupe.
  • Vos compétences linguistiques en allemand (B2), français (B2) et anglais (au moins B2) vous permettent une communication écrite et orale adéquate avec les parties prenantes.
