Arbeitsort: Baden Pensum: 80-100 % Aufgaben: Im Data & AI Center of Excellence gestaltest du die zentrale Daten- und AI-Plattform für Analytics, Reporting und AI-Anwendungen mit. Du betreibst und entwickelst die Azure- und Databricks-Plattform weiter und sorgst für einen stabilen und zuverlässigen Betrieb. Du automatisierst Infrastruktur-, Deployment- und Betriebsprozesse mit Terraform, Git und CI/CD, entwickelst und optimierst Datenpipelines und Datenprodukte und unterstützt bei der Umsetzung von Dashboards und AI-Anwendungen. Du nimmst Anforderungen von Fachbereichen auf, berätst zu technischen Möglichkeiten, unterstützt Data Scientists und Data Engineers beim produktiven Betrieb von Analytics-, Machine-Learning- und GenAI-Lösungen, verbesserst Stabilität, Sicherheit, Performance und Kosteneffizienz der Plattform und evaluierst neue Technologien. Profil: Mehrere Jahre praktische Erfahrung als Data Platform Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Data Engineer oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion. Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Azure, Azure Databricks, Python, SQL und Apache Spark sowie Erfahrung mit Terraform, Git, CI/CD und modernen DevOps-Praktiken. Praxis im Aufbau und Betrieb moderner Cloud-Datenplattformen. Selbständige, pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, Freude an der Kommunikation mit Fachbereichen sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; Erfahrung mit medizinischen Daten, HL7/FHIR oder im Gesundheitswesen ist von Vorteil.
