Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit als Senior Database Engineer*in (w/m).

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Du verantwortest das Design, Engineering und den Betrieb unserer zentralen Datenplattformen wie MS SQL Server, MariaDB und Oracle inklusive Monitoring
  • Du spezifizierst Systemarchitekturen und Softwarelösungen und definierst die dafür notwendigen technischen Ressourcen
  • Du leitest Projekte und Weiterentwicklungen, auch technische Lifecycle-Vorhaben, und stellst deren erfolgreiche Umsetzung in Bezug auf Qualität, Zeit und Budget sicher
  • Du berätst und unterstützt interne Anspruchsgruppen in technischen Fragestellungen rund um unsere Services, insbesondere auch bei Architektur-, Security-, Performance- und Betriebsfragen
  • Du unterstützt mit deiner offenen, ehrlichen und empathischen Art die Teamentwicklung
  • Als Teil des Teams übernimmst du Bereitschaftsdienst für unsere Plattformen und stellst mit externen Betriebspartnern die Qualität, Sicherheit und Verfügbarkeit sicher

Anforderungsprofil

  • Hochschulabschluss (HF, FH oder höher) in Informatik, Systemtechnik oder vergleichbare Weiterbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Aufbau, Betrieb und der Weiterentwicklung hochverfügbarer Microsoft SQL Server Umgebungen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in AlwaysOn-Konfigurationen, Performance-Tuning, Security, Upgrades und Disaster-Recovery
  • Erfahrung im Scripting mit T-SQL und PowerShell
  • Kenntnisse von MySQL, MariaDB oder Oracle sind von Vorteil
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Azure SQL Database und Azure SQL Managed Instance
  • Interesse an modernen Integrationsplattformen und Daten-Streaming-Technologien
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie mittlere bis gute Englischkenntnisse
