Ihre Aufgabe ##

- Engineering & Plattformbetrieb: Du verantwortest gemeinsam mit dem Engineering-Team den stabilen Betrieb sowie die kontinuierliche Optimierung der Oracle- und PostgreSQL-Landschaft.

- Modernisierung & Cloud: Du treibst Plattform-Initiativen voran unter anderem Datenbank-Migrationen sowie die schrittweise Integration von modernen Cloud-Datenbankdiensten.

- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Du automatisierst Prozesse konsequent und setzt auf versionierte Changes, reproduzierbare Deployments und moderne CI/CD-Pipelines.

- Data Warehousing & Performance: Du unterstützt die Optimierung von Data-Warehouse-Infrastrukturen und sorgst für ein verlässliches Monitoring sowie hohe Performance.

- Enger Austausch: Du arbeitest interdisziplinär mit System-Engineers und Entwickler-Teams zusammen in einem Umfeld mit flachen Hierarchien und kurzen Entscheidungswegen.

Ihr Profil ##

- Fundierte Datenbank-Expertise: Mehrjährige Praxis im Engineering, Betrieb und Troubleshooting von Oracle und/oder PostgreSQL.

- Automatisierungs-Mindset: Erprobte Kenntnisse mit Scripting (z. B. Python, Bash) und modernen Automatisierungstools (z. B. Ansible, Terraform).

- Plattform- & Cloud-Interesse: Freude an modernen Plattform-Architekturen, CI/CD-Verfahren und hybriden Infrastrukturen.

- Arbeitsweise: Analytisches Denkvermögen, lösungsorientiertes Handeln und Freude an eigenverantwortlicher Arbeit.

- Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Firmensprache).
