Bei PostFinance betreiben und entwickeln wir unsere Requirements-Management-Plattform Polarion ALM weiter und gestalten gleichzeitig den Aufbau eines modernen Specification-as-Code Ansatzes. Wir sind ein Team im Aufbau und suchen dich als Senior DevOps Software & Specification Engineer. Du bist technisch versiert, ein erfahrener Developer mit DevOps-Mindset, der Spass hat, Toolchains und Standards aufzubauen, Anforderungen nachhaltig als Code zu führen und den nutzenden Teams in der Transition hin zu moderner Arbeitsweise zu unterstützen. So können wir die nutzenden Teams enabeln, ihr T-Shaping zu fördern, ihre Artefakte as-Code zu führen und die AI-readiness zu erhöhen. Dabei schaffen wir die Grundlage für eine durchgängige Traceability von der Anforderung über die Umsetzung bis zum produktiven Einsatz und leisten einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Beschleunigung der Softwareentwicklung bei PostFinance. Das kannst du bewirken Du übernimmst Verantwortung für den Betrieb, die Wartung und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Requirements-Management-Plattformen Du betreibst unser etabliertes Requirements-Management-Tool Polarion und gestaltest dessen kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung zu einer modernen, zukunftsorientierten Lösung aktiv mit Du gestaltest den Aufbau und die Umsetzung einer modernen Requirements-as-Code Lösung mit Spec-Driven-Development Ansatz. Du entwickelst und betreibst Lösungen, Integrationen sowie verschiedene Automatisierungen durchgängig entlang der Toolchain vom Software Delivery Lifecycle Du setzt CI/CD-Pipelines sowie AI-gestützte Werkzeuge für Entwicklung, Analyse, Testing und Dokumentation ein Du arbeitest eng mit Entwicklern, Business Analysten, Testern, Architekten, Product Owner und weiteren Stakeholdern aus den rund 100 Delivery Teams der PostFinance zusammen Das bringst du mit Höhere Aus- oder Weiterbildung in Informatik (HF, FH, Uni/ETH) oder eine vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung, mit guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer oder in einer vergleichbaren technischen Rolle Erfahrung im Betrieb und in der Weiterentwicklung geschäftskritischer Anwendungen und Plattformen Gute Kenntnisse in Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript, Angular, REST-APIs sowie CI/CD-Pipelines Erfahrung mit gewachsenen Enterprise-Landschaften, idealerweise mit Polarion ALM, Groovy oder vergleichbaren Technologien Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz sowie Interesse an modernen Engineering-Praktiken, AI-Tools und Specs-as-Code LohngleichheitOffenheit und Transparenz gehören zu unserer Kultur - auch beim Lohn. Der konkrete Lohn richtet sich nach deinem Profil und deiner Erfahrung und kann je nach Ausprägung leicht unter oder über dieser Bandbreite liegen.
