Um unser kontinuierliches organisches Wachstum voranzutreiben, suchen wir ständig nach hochqualifizierten Fachkräften. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Engineering Services suchen wir eine/n engagierte/n Documentation Manager (a)  (80 -100%)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für die strukturierte Verwaltung, Ablage und Archivierung technischer Dokumentationen in elektronischer und physischer Form
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von GMP-, HSE- und internen Dokumentationsstandards sowie einer revisionssicheren Dokumentenablage
  • Fachliche Führung von Dokumentenmanagement-Teams in Engineering- und CAPEX-Projekten
  • Erstellung und Implementierung von Dokumentenmanagement-Konzepten, Prüfprozessen und Schulungskonzepten
  • Koordination von Dokumentenlieferungen sowie Steuerung von Review-, Freigabe- und Änderungsprozessen
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationsplänen, Dokumentenregistern und Reporting-Dashboards
  • Erstellung, Überarbeitung und Implementierung von SOPs, Richtlinien und Standards im Dokumentenmanagement
  • Beratung der Projektteams sowie Unterstützung bei Audits, Inspektionen und Behördenanfragen
  • Zentrale Ansprechperson für Dokumentationsthemen und Schnittstelle zu Engineering, HSE, Quality Assurance, CQV, Maintenance und Operations

 

Ihr Profil:

  • Technische oder naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung bzw. entsprechender fachlicher Hintergrund
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Chemie-, Pharma- oder Life-Sciences-Industrie
  • Gute Kenntnisse der GMP- und HSE-Anforderungen sowie relevanter technischer Vorschriften und Normen
  • Erfahrung mit technischer und GMP-konformer Dokumentation sowie Dokumenten- und Ablagestrukturen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Analyse- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office; Erfahrung mit Dokumentenmanagement-Systemen und SAP von Vorteil
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
