Für unser Beschaffungsteam suchen wir eine engagierte und selbstständige Persönlichkeit als Senior Einkäufer mit Logistikverantwortung 80–100% (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben - Operativer und technischer Einkauf zugeordneter Warengruppen - Auslösung, Überwachung und Nachverfolgung von Bestellungen - Einholung, Prüfung und Vergleich von Offerten inkl. technischer Abklärungen - Pflege von Artikelstammdaten, Lieferanten- und Preisinformationen im ERP-System - Lieferantenmanagement im operativen Umfeld - Erstellung von Auswertungen und Analysen - Koordination und Bearbeitung von Qualitäts- und Reklamationsthemen - Durchführung von Kostenanalysen und Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen - Fachliche und personelle Führung des Bereichs Logistik (Lager, Disposition, Materialfluss) - Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen operativen Logistikbetriebs - Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung der Logistikprozesse - Führung, Entwicklung und Einsatzplanung der Logistikmitarbeitenden - Definition und Überwachung relevanter Kennzahlen (KPIs)

Ihr Profil - Technische Grundausbildung mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung (z. B. Einkaufsfachfrau/-mann mit eidg. Fachausweis) - Mehrjährige Erfahrung im operativen technischen Einkauf im industriellen Umfeld - Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung in der Logistik - Fundierte Kenntnisse in Logistikprozessen - Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch - Strukturierte, durchsetzungsstarke und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit - Hohe Eigenverantwortung sowie ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationskompetenz
