Senior Engineering Project Manager (100%) - (m/w/d)

In dieser vielseitigen Funktion leitest du anspruchsvolle Investitions- und Anlagenprojekte in einem GMP-regulierten Produktionsumfeld und begleitest diese von der Machbarkeitsstudie bis zur erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit interdisziplinären Teams zusammen und trägst wesentlich dazu bei, unsere Produktionsanlagen zukunftssicher und effizient weiterzuentwickeln.

Kompetenzen und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Du leitest komplexe CapEx-Projekte im Bereich Produktion, Infrastruktur und Versorgungssysteme von der Konzeptphase bis zur erfolgreichen Implementierung und Qualifizierung.
  • Du verantwortest Termin-, Kosten-, Qualitäts- und Ressourcenplanung und stellst die erfolgreiche Umsetzung deiner Projekte sicher.
  • Du koordinierst interdisziplinäre Projektteams sowie interne und externe Stakeholder aus Produktion, Quality, Engineering, Utilities und weiteren Fachbereichen.
  • Du planst technische Änderungen an bestehenden Produktionsanlagen und stellst deren GMP-konforme Umsetzung sicher.
  • Du unterstützt standortübergreifende Engineering- und Investitionsprojekte und bringst innovative technische Lösungen aktiv ein.
  • Du führst Projektreportings sowie Statuspräsentationen für das Management durch und stellst eine transparente Kommunikation über Projektfortschritt, Risiken und Meilensteine sicher.
  • Du unterstützt die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Projektmanagement-Standards, Prozessen und Tools innerhalb des Engineering-Bereichs.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass sämtliche Projekte unter Einhaltung der geltenden cGMP-, Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Umweltanforderungen umgesetzt werden.

Qualifikationen und Berufserfahrung

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder Master) im Bereich Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Chemieingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Investitions- oder Anlagenprojekte (CapEx), idealerweise in der pharmazeutischen, biotechnologischen oder chemischen Industrie.
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im GMP- bzw. GxP-regulierten Umfeld sowie Kenntnisse in Qualifizierungs- und Validierungsprozessen. Erfahrung im Stakeholder-Management sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams auf unterschiedlichen Hierarchieebenen.
  • Strukturierte und vorausschauende Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, auch unter hohem Zeit- und Kostendruck den Überblick zu behalten und Prioritäten richtig zu setzen.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Organisationsgeschick.
  • Bereitschaft, sich in unterschiedliche Produktionsbereiche und neue technische Themen einzuarbeiten.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
