Im Auftrag unseres Kunden, einem etablierten und modernen Schweizer Dienstleistungsunternehmen im Herzen von Bern, suchen wir eine ambitionierte, dienstleistungsorientierte Senior Fachperson Finanz- und Rechnungswesen (80/100%).

In dieser Rolle übernimmst du eine zentrale Schnittstellenfunktion im Team. Neben anspruchsvollen Fachaufgaben bieten sich dir hervorragende Perspektiven, um mit deinen Aufgaben zu wachsen und schrittweise erweiterte Verantwortung (z. B. fachliche Stellvertretung sowie Aussicht auf spätere Führungsaufgaben) zu übernehmen.

Deine Hauptaufgaben

  • Finanz- und Rechnungswesen: Verantwortung für Kundenbuchhaltungen sowie die selbstständige Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals-, Trimester- und Jahresabschlüssen (nach Swiss GAAP FER und OR).
  • FP&A & Reporting: Aktive Mitwirkung im Budgetierungsprozess, Erstellung von Abweichungsanalysen und Aufbereitung von Auswertungen für das Management.
  • Prozess- & Systemoptimierung: Analyse, Weiterentwicklung und digitale Optimierung der internen Finanzprozesse sowie des ERP-Systems.
  • Fachliche Unterstützung: Übernahme von Koordinationsaufgaben, Qualitätssicherung und Unterstützung der Bereichsleitung im operativen Tagesgeschäft.
  • Ansprechperson für Stakeholder: Beratung und Betreuung von internen und externen Kunden mit hoher Dienstleistungsorientierung.

Qualifikationen

Das bringst du mit (Must-Haves)

  • Ausbildung: Eidg. Fachausweis Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, Betriebswirtschafter/in (HF/FH) oder ein laufendes/geplantes Studium (Weiterbildung wird aktiv unterstützt).
  • Fachkompetenz: Fundierte, mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung in der Abschlusssicherheit nach Swiss GAAP FER und OR.
  • IT-Kenntnisse: Versierter Umgang mit Abacus ERP sowie sehr gute MS Excel-Kenntnisse setzen wir voraus.
  • Mindset & Ambition: Hohe Zahlenaffinität, Hands-on-Mentalität und die ausgeprägte Motivation, persönlich wie fachlich weiterzukommen und schrittweise in eine höhere Rolle (z. B. Bereichsleitung) hineinzuwachsen.
  • Branchenplus: Erfahrung im Projektumfeld (z. B. Architektur, Ingenieurwesen, Beratung oder Bau) ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
  • Sprachen: Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
