Zur Verstärkung des Finanzbereichs suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine erfahrene, verantwortungsbewusste und engagierte Persönlichkeit als Senior Finance Manager 80\-100% (a) Ihre Aufgaben: Verantwortung für die Monats\-, Quartals\- und Jahresabschlüsse nach OR sowie die Sicherstellung einer korrekten und termingerechten Finanzbuchhaltung inklusive Konsolidierung der Gesellschaften Steuerung und Optimierung des Working Capitals sowie der Debitoren\- und Kreditorenprozesse Planung und Begleitung der externen Revision sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und Verantwortung für Steuerprozesse inklusive MWST\-Abrechnungen Verantwortung für Budgetierung, Forecasting, Liquiditätsplanung sowie die Erstellung von Management\-Reports und aussagekräftigen Finanzanalysen Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Finanzprozessen, ERP\-Systemen und internen Kontrollen Stellvertretung der Leitung Finanzen sowie fachliche Führung im Accounting Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung, internen Fachbereichen und externen Ansprechpartnern Ihr Profil: Fachausweis im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen oder vergleichbare höhere betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion Erste Branchenkenntnisse vorhanden Abschlusssicherheit nach OR Gute Kenntnisse von Warenflussprozessen in Einkauf, Lager und Verkauf Fliessende Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse, sowie sehr gute ösischkenntnisse Strukturierte, präzise und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise Unternehmerisches Denken und pragmatisches Handeln in einem dynamischen KMU\-Umfeld Sehr gute Excel\- und ERP\-Kenntnisse Das erwartet Sie Eine vielseitige Schlüsselposition mit grossem Gestaltungsspielraum Die Möglichkeit, Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten und nachhaltige Verbesserungen umzusetzen Ein kollegiales und interdisziplinäres Arbeitsumfeld Flexible Arbeitsmodelle mit Homeoffice\-Möglichkeit und Jahresarbeitszeit Attraktive Anstellungsbedingungen sowie mindestens fünf Wochen Ferien Konnten wir Ihr Interesse wecken?
