Stellenbeschreibung

  • Monatliche Erstellung des Group Reportings und relevanten Präsentationen
  • Erstellung und Analyse von Cashflow?Prognosen
  • Analyse, Interpretation und Visualisierung relevanter Finanz\-, Performance\- und Steuerungskennzahlen zur Unterstützung fundierter Geschäftsentscheidungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Accounting, Abstimmung von Rückstellungen und Abgrenzungen zur Sicherstellung korrekter Monats\- und Jahresabschlüsse nach IFRS.
  • Entwicklung und Pflege aussagekräftiger Management\-Reports und Finanz\-Dashboards zur Steuerung von Performance und Liquidität.
  • Prozess\- und Systemoptimierung: Implementierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Controlling\-Prozessen, Reporting\-Standards und IT\-Tools.
  • Mitarbeit bei Budgetierung und Forecasting
  • Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Management
  • Erstellung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen für diverse Projekte
  • Unterstützung des CFO bei diversen Projekten und strategischen Initiativen

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen/Controlling (Uni/FH) oder gleichwertige Weiterbildung
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Controlling; idealerweise im internationalen Umfeld
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Bilanzierung (Abschlüsse, Rückstellungen, Abgrenzungen); sicher in der Bilanzanalyse
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Konsolidierungssoftware wie Magnitude oder vergleichbaren Systemen für Group Reporting von Vorteil
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Forecasting, Budgetierung und Cashflow\-Planung.
  • Sehr gute SAP S/4HANA\-Kenntnisse oder Erfahrung mit vergleichbaren ERP\-Systemen von Vorteil.
  • Hervorragende MS Excel\-Kenntnisse (inkl. Pivot; Power Query/Power Pivot von Vorteil).
  • ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, hohe Eigeninitiative und Hands\-on\-Mentalität.
  • Erfahrung in Erstellung von Business Cases und Investitionsrechnungen
  • Hohe Integrität, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
