Gemeinsam mit UI/UX, Architektur, Product, DevOps und Banking-Expertinnen und -Experten nutzen Sie moderne Technologien und AI-gestützte Entwicklungspraktiken, um Kunden- und regulatorische Anforderungen in sichere, skalierbare und nahtlose Online-Banking-Journeys zu übersetzen - von Solution Design und Implementierung über das Deployment bis zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung. Sie konzipieren, entwickeln und betreuen skalierbare, sichere und zuverlässige Full Stack Applications für unsere Online-Banking-Plattform. Sie übersetzen Kunden-, Business-, regulatorische, UX- und technische Anforderungen in barrierefreie End-to-End-Lösungen. Sie entwickeln responsive User Interfaces und robuste Backend-Komponenten in Zusammenarbeit mit UI/UX und Engineering-Spezialistinnen und -Spezialisten. Sie konzipieren, dokumentieren und betreuen APIs sowie Integrationen mit internen, externen und Banking Services. Sie gewährleisten hohe Standards in Bezug auf Code Quality, Testing, Security, Datenschutz, Performance, Observability und Maintainability. Sie analysieren stackübergreifende Themen und wirken bei Code Reviews, wiederverwendbaren Lösungen, Engineering Standards, AI-gestützten Development Tools und CI/CD-Praktiken mit. Ihr Profil: Sie verfügen über ein Studium oder eine Berufsausbildung in Informatik, Software Engineering oder einem verwandten Bereich - oder über vergleichbare Erfahrung. Sie bringen mehr als fünf Jahre Erfahrung in der Full Stack Development mit einem starken Frontend-Fokus mit, einschliesslich JavaScript/TypeScript, modernen Frontend Frameworks, Java und weiteren Backend-Technologien, APIs sowie Datenmodellierung. Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse in Software Architecture, Clean Code, Automated Testing, CI/CD, Security, Accessibility, Performance, Observability und Reliability. Sie zeichnen sich durch eine kooperative Arbeitsweise aus und fördern Ownership, konstruktives Feedback, Wissensaustausch und kontinuierliches Lernen im Team. Nice to have: Erfahrung in regulierten, sicherheitssensiblen Branchen wie Financial Services. Erfahrung mit Angular und Quarkus in der Entwicklung moderner Web- und Backend Applications. Erfahrung in der Entwicklung plattformübergreifender Mobile Apps (z. B. mit Capacitor) oder nativer Mobile Apps. Vertrautheit mit OpenShift oder Kubernetes für das Deployment, Management und Scaling containerisierter Applications.
