Arbeitsort: Zürich Pensum: 80-100% Aufgaben: Im Team von 5 Personen entwickelst du unsere Open-Source-Applikationen «Leihs» (Ausleihe- und Inventarsystem) sowie «Madek» (Medienarchiv der Künste) weiter. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Produktteams konzipierst, planst und realisierst du neue Features und trägst zur stetigen Optimierung der bestehenden Lösung bei. Du arbeitest dabei weitgehend eigenständig an Features und profitierst gleichzeitig vom regelmässigen fachlichen Austausch im Team. Gegenseitige Code Reviews sichern dabei die Qualität des Codes und fördern den kontinuierlichen Wissensaustausch im Team. Mehr über unsere Open-Source-Projekte Madek &Leihs erfährst du auf GitHub. Dein Profil: Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse und mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich der Frontend-Entwicklung. Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung mit funktionaler Programmierung oder möchtest dich in diesem Bereich weiterentwickeln. Mit unserem Technologie-Stack kennst du dich bereits aus oder bist motiviert, dich einzuarbeiten. Er umfasst: React, Tailwind und Bootstrap Clojure und Clojure Script Multi-Service-Architektur mit REST und Graph QL DevOps mit Ansible sowie Continuous Integration (CI) PostgreSQL, Debian-Webserver Ruby on Rails (Legacy-Technologie, die teilweise ersetzt wird) Automatisierte Tests mit Cucumber und RSpec Du möchtest dich technisch und inhaltlich in unsere Produkte einarbeiten und dich aktiv an der Lösungsfindung beteiligen. Zudem setzt du KI-Tools in der Entwicklung gezielt ein - von der zielführenden Formulierung des Prompts über die Prüfung des generierten Codes bis zur Einordnung der Architektur. Gute Deutschkenntnisse setzen wir für die Zusammenarbeit im Team voraus. Wir wenden uns an eine erfahrene, initiative Persönlichkeit mit hohen Qualitätsansprüchen und rascher Auffassungsgabe, die gerne im Team arbeitet und Verantwortung übernimmt.
