Im Solution Team Delivery-Tools & -Automation entwickelst und betreibst du die zentrale Test-Daten-Plattform von PostFinance, die Entwicklung und Testing über alle Stufen ermöglicht. Du stellst sicher, dass Entwickler:innen und Tester:innen schnell auf qualitativ hochwertige synthetische Testdaten zugreifen können. In einem agilen Umfeld gestaltest du skalierbare Lösungen, die Stabilität und Innovation verbinden. So beschleunigst und optimierst du den Software-Delivery-Lifecycle und leistest einen wichtigen Beitrag für die gesamte Entwicklungsorganisation von PostFinance.

Das kannst du bewirken

  • Du entwickelst und betreibst unsere Test-Daten-Plattform als Fullstack Engineer, vom Angular-Self-Service-Portal über Java- und Spring-Boot-Services bis zum Betrieb auf Kubernetes
  • Du baust die Plattform gemeinsam mit dem Team aus, realisierst neue Funktionen und skalierst sie für wachsende Anforderungen
  • Du nutzt deine Erfahrung gezielt, um Stabilität, Performance und Resilienz einer breit genutzten, verteilten Systemlandschaft sicherzustellen
  • Du verantwortest den gesamten Lifecycle von der Konzeption über den Betrieb bis zum End-to-End-Support
  • Du prägst technische Entscheidungen im Team aktiv mit und entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Architecture Owner unsere Architektur und Technologien weiter
  • Du gibst dein Wissen weiter, förderst weniger erfahrene Kolleg:innen und treibst mit dem Team unsere Arbeitsweisen und Qualitätsstandards voran

Das bringst du mit

  • Höhere Ausbildung in Informatik (FH/Uni) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Fullstack-Entwicklung mit Java und Spring Boot sowie Kenntnisse in der Frontendentwicklung mit Angular und Typescript
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Docker, Kubernetes und GitLab CI sowie Erfahrung mit GitOps, Infrastructure as Code und Observability von Vorteil
  • Vertrautheit mit verteilten Systemen und Integrationstechnologien wie Kafka, REST, SOAP und JMS sowie mit relationalen Datenbanken
  • Hoher Qualitätsanspruch, ausgeprägte DevOps-Haltung und Freude an der nachhaltigen Weiterentwicklung einer über Jahre gewachsenen Plattform
  • Erfahrung im Banken- oder Finanzumfeld sowie gutes Verständnis für Testing und Testautomatisierung von Vorteil
  • Teamorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit dem Anspruch zur Mitgestaltung von Lösungen, Qualität und Zusammenarbeit im Team
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
