Ihre Tätigkeiten -----------------

  • Fachliche Begleitung von Führungskräften auf verschiedenen Hierarchiestufen in sämtlichen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
  • Unterstützung bei Veränderungen, Reorganisationen sowie bei der Weiterentwicklung von Teams und Organisationseinheiten
  • Begleitung von Führungskräften bei der Entwicklung ihrer Führungsrolle und Stärkung einer zeitgemässen Führungskultur
  • Führen anspruchsvoller Gespräche sowie Unterstützung bei Konflikt\-, Leistungs\- und Veränderungssituationen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den HR\-Fachbereichen und Sicherstellung einer ganzheitlichen HR\-Betreuung
  • Mitarbeit bei der jährlichen Lohnrunde, bei Jahresendarbeiten sowie bei weiteren wiederkehrenden HR\-Prozessen
  • Sicherstellung einer korrekten und termingerechten Umsetzung der relevanten HR\-Prozesse unter Einhaltung der internen Vorgaben und gesetzlichen sowie GAV\-relevanten Bestimmungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit HR\-Kennzahlen, Statistiken und Auswertungen sowie Fähigkeit, daraus relevante Erkenntnisse und Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten

Ihr Profil ----------

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als HR Business Partner, idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen oder in einem vergleichbaren komplexen Umfeld
  • Eine höhere Ausbildung im HR\-Management, beispielsweise HR\-Fachfrau/\-fachmann mit eidg. Fachausweis oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Versierter und sicherer Umgang mit Gesetzen, GAV, Reglementen und Weisungen – geübt, diese freundlich und wertschätzend – aber bestimmt \- durchzusetzen
  • Sicherheit im Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Personal\-, Führungs\- und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
  • Erfahrung in der Beratung und Begleitung von Führungskräften auf unterschiedlichen Führungsebenen
  • Ausgeprägte Beratungskompetenz, Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
