En tant que HR Business Partner, vous accompagnez nos sociétés en Suisse romande et conseillez directions et cadres sur les questions RH stratégiques et opérationnelles. Senior HR Business Partner (alle) Vos tâches Assurer un accompagnement et un conseil complets aux directions et aux cadres de nos sociétés en Suisse romande tout au long du cycle de vie RH. Prendre en charge les thématiques RH stratégiques et opérationnelles, du recrutement à la gestion des talents et de la relève, en passant par les questions complexes liées au personnel et au management. Accompagner et mettre en œuvre des transformations, des développements organisationnels ainsi que des intégrations et acquisitions. Soutenir et coacher les cadres sur les questions de droit du travail, les situations conflictuelles, les séparations ainsi que la gestion de la santé au travail. Recruter des spécialistes et des cadres, et contribuer au pourvoi des postes clés Diriger des projets RH transversaux entre différentes unités et sites, et participer activement aux initiatives RH à l'échelle du groupe. Élaborer des plans d'action RH pour les sociétés dont vous avez la responsabilité. Votre profil Formation supérieure avec une spécialisation en ressources humaines, administration des affaires, psychologie ou domaine similaire. Plusieurs années d'expérience en tant que HR Business Partner dans un environnement d'entreprise exigeant et dynamique. Expérience avérée dans le conseil aux directions et aux cadres sur des sujets RH stratégiques et opérationnels. Expérience pratique dans la conduite du changement, le développement organisationnel ainsi que la gestion des talents et de la performance. Solides connaissances du droit du travail suisse et grande aisance dans la gestion de situations RH complexes. Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'allemand, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
