  • Mit hoher Serviceorientierung stellst du eine professionelle HR-Dienstleistung sicher und verantwortest die operative Umsetzung personalrelevanter Themen inklusive administrativer Prozesse in deinem Betreuungsbereich.

Was es dazu braucht ##

  • Eine Weiterbildung im Human Resources oder eine höhere Ausbildung auf Stufe HF/FH/Uni mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Hintergrund bildet deine fachliche Grundlage.
  • Seit mindestens fünf Jahren bist du als HR Businesspartner in der Schweiz tätig und berätst Führungskräfte souverän in komplexen personellen und organisatorischen Fragestellungen. Erfahrung im industriellen Umfeld ist von Vorteil.
  • Du denkst unternehmerisch, übernimmst Verantwortung und überzeugst durch deine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke sowie dein Verhandlungsgeschick.
  • Sicher bewegst du dich zwischen operativem und konzeptionellem HR-Management, bringst Erfahrung in HR-Projekten und Change-Themen mit und nutzt digitale Tools souverän. Kenntnisse in Abacus sowie gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
