Sie entlasten die Leiterin HR\-Services \& Payroll während der Projektphase SAP und übernehmen die vollständige Verantwortung für Teilbereiche der Lohnadministration der Stadt Biel. Sie unterstützen das Team HR\-Services in alltäglichen Fragen der HR\-Administration und Payroll.

* Haben Sie Lust, die Abteilung Personelles während einer wichtigen Transformation zu unterstützen? * Arbeiten Sie gerne in einem dynamischen, sich wandelnden Umfeld? * Verfügen Sie über die Fähigkeit, sich rasch in einem neuen Umfeld zurecht zu finden und vielfältige Aufgaben zu übernehmen? * Verstehen Sie es, offen und kundenorientiert Probleme auf pragmatische Art und Weise zu lösen? Dann suchen wir genau Sie zur Unterstützung unseres Teams!

Was Sie idealerweise mitbringen

  • Kaufmännische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch einen Fachausweis HR oder Fachausweis Sozialversicherungen, alternativ durch eine Weiterbildung in Payroll
  • Ausgewiesene Berufserfahrung im Bereich Lohn
  • Solide SAP\-Kenntnisse
  • Deutsch\- oder französischsprachig mit guten Kenntnissen der jeweils anderen Sprache.

Die Abteilung Personelles ist zuständig für alle Personalbelange der Stadtverwaltung Biel. Die Dienststelle HR\-Services \& Payroll kümmert sich um alle administrativen HR\-Aufgaben sowie um die reibungslose Abwicklung der Lohnzahlung. Wir freuen uns, Sie in einem jungen, aufgestellten, zweisprachigen Team zu begrüssen. Die Stelle ist aktuell bis zum befristet.
