Für unser ICT Engineering & Operations Team suchen wir einen erfahrenen Senior ICT System Engineer / Technical Project Lead mit fundierter Erfahrung in Microsoft-basierten Hybrid-Cloud-Infrastrukturen. In dieser Rolle entwickelst du unsere ICT-Landschaft aktiv mit und übernimmst die technische Verantwortung für anspruchsvolle Infrastruktur- und Cloud-Projekte. Du verbindest On-Premises-Systeme mit Microsoft Azure und Microsoft 365 und treibst Themen wie Cloud-Integration, Identity & Access Management, Security, Standardisierung und Automatisierung voran. Dabei kombinierst du technisches Engineering-Know-how mit Projektverantwortung.

 

 

Aufgaben

 

  • Leitung und technische Koordination von ICT-Infrastruktur- und Hybrid-Cloud-Projekten von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung
  • Konzeption, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung unserer hybriden Microsoft-Infrastruktur mit On-Premises-Systemen, Microsoft Azure und Microsoft 365
  • Administration und Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft Entra ID, Identity & Access Management (IAM) sowie PKI- und Zertifikatsdiensten. Inklusive MFA, Conditional Access, Rollen- und Berechtigungskonzepten sowie Lifecycle-Management von Zertifikaten
  • Weiterentwicklung und Modernisierung zentraler Windows-Server-, Active-Directory- und Cloud-Services sowie schrittweise Migration in hybride bzw. cloudbasierte Architekturen
  • Integration von Aussenstandorten in eine einheitliche, sichere und skalierbare ICT-Infrastruktur
  • Mitgestaltung von Security-, Governance-, Backup-, Recovery- und Datenkonzepten
  • Standardisierung und Automatisierung von Betriebs- und Administrationsprozessen, insbesondere mit PowerShell
  • Sicherstellung eines stabilen, sicheren und performanten Betriebs sowie Unterstützung bei Troubleshooting, Root-Cause-Analysen und komplexen 2nd-/3rd-Level-Themen
  • Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen sowie Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern, externen Partnern und Lieferanten

 

Hardskills

 

  • Abschluss in Informatik, höhere Fachausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im ICT-Infrastrukturumfeld, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in der technischen Projektleitung
  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit Microsoft-basierten Hybrid-Cloud-Infrastrukturen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 und Microsoft Entra ID
  • Erfahrung mit Identity & Access Management, MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC und hybriden Identity-Szenarien
  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit Microsoft PKI / Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS) sowie Zertifikatsmanagement und Certificate Lifecycle Management
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows Server, Active Directory und Gruppenrichtlinien (GPO)
  • Erfahrung mit der Integration und Modernisierung von On-Premises- und Cloud-Infrastrukturen
  • Erfahrung mit Cloud-Migrationsprojekten sowie der Automatisierung von Betriebs- und Administrationsaufgaben
  • Fundierte ITIL-Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung mit IT-Service-Management-Prozessen, insbesondere Incident-, Problem- und Change-Management zwingend

  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Inhalte adressatengerecht zu vermitteln
