Das machst du bei uns

Als Senior Immobilien\-Buchhalter\|in führst du die Buchhaltung für ein eigenes Liegenschaftsportfolio und bist die fachliche Anlaufstelle für Eigentümer\|innen, Kund\|innen und interne Teams:

  • Selbstständige Führung der Liegenschaftsbuchhaltung inkl. Jahresabschlüssen, MWST\-Abrechnungen und Budgets
  • Bearbeitung von Kreditoren, Debitoren sowie Heiz\- und Nebenkostenabrechnungen
  • Inkassomanagement und Überwachung offener Posten
  • Fachliche Unterstützung des Teams sowie Ansprechperson für diverse Anspruchsgruppen

Das bringst du mit

MUST\-HAVE

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Finanz\- oder Immobilienbereich
  • 2\-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Liegenschaftsbuchhaltung
  • gute Kenntnisse in Kreditoren, Debitoren und Abschlusserstellung

NICE TO HAVE

  • Kenntnisse im STWEG\-Bereich
  • Erfahrung mit Inkassoprozessen
  • Bereitschaft, in Spitzenzeiten flexibel zu arbeiten
  • Kenntnisse GARAIO REM und sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365
