Unser Auftraggeber ist ein kleines, angesehenes Immobilienunternehmen in der Region Basel. Das Unternehmen verwaltet Wohn und Gewerbeliegenschaften mit hohen Qualitätsansprüchen. Zur Verstärkung der Liegenschaftsbuchhaltung suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit.

Stellenbeschreibung ##

  • Du verantwortest die gesamte Immobilienbuchhaltung.
  • Du stellst die korrekte Verbuchung aller Geschäftsfälle sicher.
  • Du erstellst Monats Quartals und Jahresabschlüsse für STWEG und Mietliegenschaften.
  • Du führst Debitoren und Kreditoren eigenständig.
  • Du erstellst Budgets, Kostenkontrollen und Reportings.
  • Du bist Ansprechperson für Revisoren und externe Stellen.
  • Du optimierst Buchhaltungsprozesse pragmatisch.
  • Du erstellst Heiz und Nebenkostenabrechnungen.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Bewirtschaftung und externen Partnern zusammen.

Wir erwarten ##

  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung.
  • Eine Weiterbildung in Liegenschaftsbuchhaltung ist von Vorteil.
  • Du bringst mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Immobilienbuchhaltung mit.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und zuverlässig.
  • Du hast gute Kenntnisse im Rechnungswesen und Grundkenntnisse im Immobilienrecht.
  • Du kennst Buchhaltungssoftware, idealerweise Quorum.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office.
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung ohne formale Führungsfunktion.
