Wir konzentrieren uns auf den Erwerb, die Entwicklung und die langfristige Bewirtschaftung von hochwertigen Mehrfamilienhäusern und Wohnliegenschaften in der Deutschschweiz. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte und erfahrene Persönlichkeit im Bereich Immobilienvermarktung mit Schwerpunkt Vermietung. Du verfügst bereits über fundierte Berufserfahrung und möchtest deine Expertise gezielt einbringen sowie weiterentwickeln? In unserem dynamischen Umfeld mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen hast du die Möglichkeit, aktiv mitzugestalten und Verantwortung zu übernehmen. Aufgaben Ganzheitliche Betreuung von Mietinteressenten, von der Erstansprache bis zum Vertragsabschluss Verantwortung für die Steuerung und Koordination von Wiedervermietungen inkl. Qualitätssicherung externer Bewirtschaftungspartner Konzeption, Planung und Durchführung von Besichtigungen sowie zielgerichteten Vermietungsaktivitäten Erstellung hochwertiger Vermarktungsunterlagen (inkl. digitaler Formate) sowie Entwicklung von Vermarktungskonzepten Selektion geeigneter Mieter und eigenständige Erstellung von Mietverträgen in enger Abstimmung mit der Bewirtschaftung Selbständige Umsetzung von Erstvermietungsprojekten sowie professionelle Betreuung von Mietern im Rahmen von Sanierungen und strategischen Massnahmen Profil Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung in der Immobilienbranche Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienvermarktung Affinität für digitale Tools Bereitschaft für hohe Reisetätigkeit in der Deutschschweiz Kommunikative, dienstleistungsorientierte und selbstständige Persönlichkeit mit professionellem Auftreten Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse Wir bieten Attraktive Vergütung und flexible Arbeitszeiten Moderne Büroräumlichkeiten in zentraler Lage in Zug Ein dynamisches und professionelles Umfeld in einem wachsenden Unternehmen Verantwortung in einer wachsenden Immobiliengesellschaft mit langfristiger Perspektive Wir freuen uns auf Ihre Bewerbung.
