Was du bewirkst ##

* Post-Merger-Integration (PMI) Mitarbeit

  • Sicherstellung der Interessen des Performance Controllings innerhalb der Projektstruktur
  • Mitgestaltung des zukünftigen Performance-Messung Umfeldes

* Performance Report

  • Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Investment Performance Reports für unsere Kunden
  • Erstellung und Präsentation von Berichten und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management und externe Stakeholder

* Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Controlling- und Reporting-Prozessen:

  • Analyse und Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen in bestehenden Prozessen.
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer, effizienter Workflows.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern zur Harmonisierung von Prozessen.

* Performance-Analyse und Kommentierung

  • Überwachung und Analyse der Performancekennzahlen der Investment Portfolios und deren Benchmarks
  • Erstellung von fundierten Begründungen für Performance-Deltas

* Tool-Nutzung und -Weiterentwicklung:

  • Anwendung und Pflege von Tools wie Excel, Power BI, Aladdin und SimCorp Dimension zur Datenanalyse und Berichterstattung.
  • Entwicklung und Automatisierung von Berichten und Dashboards zur Steigerung der Effizienz.
  • Evaluierung und Implementierung neuer Features und Technologien zur Optimierung der bestehenden Infrastruktur.

* Qualitätssicherung der Datenbasis

  • Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Datenchecks als Grundlage für die Performance Analyse der Investment Portfolios
  • Analyse und Bearbeitung von Datenproblemen
  • Analyse bestehender Prozesse sowie Entwicklung und Implementierung von Prozessverbesserungen

Was du mitbringst ##

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finanzwesen, oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Ausgeprägte Erfahrung und Interesse an Finanzprodukten und Finanzmärkten
  • Starkes Zahlenverständnis und analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Erfahrung mit Aladdin und/oder SimCorp Dimension
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Asset Management
  • Praktische Erfahrungen mit GIPS® (Global Investment Performance Standards)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Excel und idealerweise in Power BI
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
