In dieser vielseitigen Funktion begleiten Sie Kunden bei der technischen Umsetzung moderner Enterprise Content Management- und Dokumentenmanagement-Lösungen. Sie übernehmen Verantwortung von der technischen Konzeption über die Implementierung bis hin zum Betrieb und leisten damit einen wichtigen Beitrag zur erfolgreichen Digitalisierung anspruchsvoller Organisationen.

Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Planung, Installation und Konfiguration von ECM- und DMS-Lösungen
  • Technische Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen sowie Parametrierung und Customizing bestehender Systeme
  • Analyse technischer Anforderungen und Erarbeitung nachhaltiger Lösungskonzepte
  • Integration und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Applikationen und Schnittstellen
  • Betrieb, Wartung und Support der implementierten Lösungen
  • Durchführung von Workshops und technische Beratung der Kunden
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Projektteams sowie externen Partnern
  • Unterstützung bei Inbetriebnahmen und Sicherstellung eines stabilen Applikationsbetriebs

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Implementierung und Betreuung von ECM-, DMS- oder vergleichbaren Business-Applikationen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Serveradministration, IT-Architekturen und SQL-Datenbanken
  • Erfahrung mit Skriptsprachen zur Anpassung und Erweiterung von Standardsoftware
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Bereich Input Management, Dokumentenmanagement oder Workflow-Lösungen
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an technischen Herausforderungen
  • Sicheres Auftreten und Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Schweiz
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
