Aufgaben ###

  • Aufbau, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung des Gemeinsamen Service Management Systems (GSMS)
  • Sicherstellung und Optimierung von Service-Management-Prozessen nach ITIL 4
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Servicekatalogen sowie SLA- und OLA-Management
  • Erhebung, Analyse und Reporting von Service-Kennzahlen (KPIs)
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des ICT-Qualitätsmanagementsystems (QMS)
  • Durchführung von Qualitäts-, Risiko- und Compliance-Analysen sowie Unterstützung bei Audits
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des Demand-Management-Prozesses inklusive Daten- und Prozessqualität
  • Beratung und Coaching von Fachbereichen sowie Koordination verschiedener Stakeholder
  • Analyse, Dokumentation und Optimierung von Geschäfts- und ICT-Prozessen
  • Leitung von Arbeitsgruppen sowie kleineren bis mittleren Projekten im GSMS-Umfeld

Profil ###

  • Höhere Ausbildung in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder Organisationsentwicklung
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in ICT-Service-Management, Qualitätsmanagement, Prozessmanagement oder Governance
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse von ITIL 4, Qualitätsmanagementsystemen und ICT-Governance
  • Erfahrung im Risiko-, Compliance- und Informationssicherheitsumfeld
  • Praxis in Projektmanagement (idealerweise HERMES) und organisatorischen Veränderungsprojekten
  • Kenntnisse in BPMN, Business Analysis und Requirements Engineering von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Starke Kommunikations-, Beratungs- und Moderationskompetenz
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen und Führungsgremien
  • Zertifizierungen wie ITIL, HERMES, ISO 9001/27001 oder vergleichbar von Vorteil
