Deine Aufgaben:

  • Entwicklung anspruchsvoller und nachhaltiger Softwarelösungen als Senior Java/JEE Developer in einem neu zusammengestellten Greenfield-Team
  • Erarbeitung und Implementierung architekturkonformer Lösungsvarianten unter Berücksichtigung von internen Vorgaben
  • Mitarbeit im gesamten Software-Lifecycle nach dem Prinzip -You build it, you run it- - von der Konzeption und Entwicklung bis zum Betrieb
  • Entwicklung mit modernen Technologien wie Java, Event- und Workflow-basierten Architekturen, Docker und Kubernetes
  • Anwendung moderner Software-Engineering-Praktiken wie Clean Code, Clean Architecture (Onion Architecture), TDD, BDD und DDD
  • Sicherstellung der Softwarequalität, inklusive automatisierter Tests, Qualitätssicherung und Produktregression
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im Scrum-Team und Übernahme von Verantwortung für die gemeinsam entwickelten Lösungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern, Business-Stakeholdern und anderen Entwicklungsteams
  • Einbringen von eigenen Ideen, Erfahrungen und Verbesserungsvorschlägen sowie konstruktives Hinterfragen bestehender Lösungen
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der technischen Lösungen und aktive Mitgestaltung der zukünftigen Anwendung und Architektur
  • Bereitschaft, sich in die Fachlichkeit des Schweizer Gesundheitswesens und insbesondere des EFAS-Umfelds einzuarbeiten

 

Dein Profil:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit Java/Jakarta EE (JEE) in komplexen und anspruchsvollen Umgebungen
  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit Kubernetes, Docker und DevOps sowie idealerweise mit modernen Cloud-/Container-Architekturen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Clean Code, Clean Architecture, TDD, BDD und DDD sowie ein ausgeprägter Qualitätsanspruch an nachhaltige Softwareentwicklung
  • Erfahrung mit event- und workflow-basierten Architekturen sowie Interesse an modernen Software-Engineering-Praktiken
  • Erfahrung im Web-Development und mit Angular
  • Erfahrung in agilen Scrum-Teams und mit einem Lean-Agile-Mindset nach SAFe
  • Bereitschaft, sich in komplexe Fachthemen im Schweizer Gesundheitswesen einzuarbeiten; Erfahrung im Krankenversicherungsumfeld ist von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie Freude daran, Verantwortung für Software von der Konzeption bis zum Betrieb zu übernehmen
  • Teamplayer mit Offenheit für neue Ideen, aktiver Kommunikation und Bereitschaft, bestehende Lösungen und Vorgehensweisen konstruktiv zu hinterfragen
  • Freude an der direkten Zusammenarbeit mit Business-Stakeholdern und anderen Entwicklungsteams sowie hohe Lernbereitschaft
  • Fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch
