Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Fachkreis Versicherungsrecht suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte und engagierte Persönlichkeit als Senior Jurist / Juristin Versicherungs\- und Haftpflichtrecht (70% \- 100%) Dein Arbeitsalltag: Bei uns löst du nicht einfach Rechtsfälle. Du berätst, verhandelst und stellst einen umfassenden Rechtsschutz für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden mit massgeschneiderten Strategien und kreativen Lösungen sicher. Du vertrittst unsere Privat\- und Firmenkundschaft und bist zentrale Ansprechperson für externe Anwältinnen und Anwälte, Gegenparteien sowie Behörden. Du verfasst Rechtsschriften und Eingaben ausserhalb des Anwaltsmonopols und übernimmst Verantwortung für eine qualitativ hochwertige Fallbearbeitung. Als Senior Juristin / Jurist unterstützt du Kolleginnen und Kollegen bei fachlichen Fragestellungen und förderst den internen Knowhow Aufbau. Neben der Fallbearbeitung kannst du zusätzliche Verantwortung übernehmen, beispielsweise beider aktiven Weiterentwicklung unserer Dienstleistung und Prozesse, der Betreuung unseres Anwaltsnetzwerks, der Begleitung von Volontärinnen und Volontären oder in Projekten. Das bringst du mit: Du hast einen Hochschulabschluss in Rechtswissenschaften (MLaw oder lic. iur.); Anwaltspatent oder Erfahrung in einer Rechtsschutzversicherung sind von Vorteil. Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Versicherungs\- und/oder Haftpflichtrecht. Die Zufriedenheit deiner Kundinnen und Kunden liegt dir am Herzen und du verstehst es, auch komplexe Fragestellungen verständlich, praxisnah und kundenorientiert zu vermitteln. Mit deinem pragmatischen und lösungsorientierten Ansatz entwickelst du Lösungen, die rechtlich überzeugen und wirtschaftlich sinnvoll sind. Du bist durchsetzungsstark, flexibel und verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick. In hektischen Situationen und bei anspruchsvollen Fällen behältst du einen kühlen Kopf. Du kommunizierst stilsicher und adressatengerecht in Deutsch. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse, insbesondere Italienisch oder ösisch, sind ein Plus. Du setzt moderne Technologien sowie KI\-Tools selbstverständlich und gewinnbringend in deinem Arbeitsalltag ein.
