Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine initiative und flexible Persönlichkeit als Senior Key Account Manager*in / Leitung Verkauf Innendienst 80-100% Ihre Aufgaben: • Betreuung, Pflege und strategische Weiterentwicklung von bestehenden Schlüsselkunden • Verantwortung für Umsatz, Absatz und Deckungsbeiträge im zugeteilten Kundenportfolio • Aufbau und Entwicklung nachhaltiger und erfolgreicher Kundenpartnerschaften • Akquisition von Neukunden und Erschliessung neuer Marktpotenziale • Eigenständige Führung von Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen • Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von kundenindividuellen Verkaufsstrategien • Planung, Umsetzung und Nachbearbeitung von Verkaufsaktivitäten und Promotionen • Erkennen von Markttrends sowie proaktives Ableiten und Umsetzen entsprechender Massnahmen • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Produktion, Produktmanagement, Qualitätssicherung und Supply Chain • Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung neuer Produkte und Konzepte für Kunden • Erstellung von Offerten, Kundenanalysen und Verkaufsreportings • Fachliche Führung und operative Leitung des Verkaufsinnendienstes sowie dessen kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung • Aktive Mitwirkung in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten Unsere Erwartungen: • Grundausbildung als Fleischfachmann/Fleischfachfrau oder vergleichbare Ausbildung wünschenswert • Kaufmännische Weiterbildung sowie Weiterbildung im Bereich Verkauf, Marketing oder Betriebswirtschaft • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Key Account Management oder Verkauf, vorzugsweise in der Fleischbranche • Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Betreuung und Entwicklung von Schlüsselkunden • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung • Verhandlungssicherheit und überzeugendes Auftreten • Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise • Gute Kenntnisse in SAP sowie den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
