Senior Konstrukteur:in Werkzeugbau / Umformtechnik ##

Ihre Chancen und Herausforderungen ##

  • Konstruieren von neuen Umformteilen nach Kundenanforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen internen Fachstellen
  • Erarbeiten von Konzepten und Machbarkeitsabklärungen, sowie Begleiten von Versuchen und Prototypenbau
  • Evaluieren, Entwickeln sowie Konstruieren von hochwertigen und komplexen Stanz-Umformwerkzeugen (für Aluminium-Tiefziehteile) und Weiterentwickeln von bestehenden Werkzeugkonzepten
  • Analysieren und Optimieren von Prozessen sowie aktives Mitarbeiten bei technischen Verbesserungen (KVP)
  • Erstellen und Überarbeiten von Werkzeugzeichnungen (3D CAD/Solid Works)
  • Fachliche Führung des Konstruktionsteams
  • Administration des CAD System und der Daten

Ihre Kompetenz und Erfahrung ##

  • Technische Grundausbildung sowie laufende oder abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Techniker:in HF oder Maschineningenieur:in FH
  • Erfahrung in der Konstruktion von Form-/ Stanzwerkzeugen (vorzugsweise Tiefziehwerkzeuge)
  • Sehr gute 3D CAD Kenntnisse
  • Selbstständige, zielorientierte, analytische und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Gewandte Anwendung von MS-Office
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
