IHR VERANTWORTUNGSBEREICH       Sie verstehen das Transaktionsgeschäft, nehmen Unternehmensbewertungen vor und beantworten Ihren Kundinnen und Kunden sämtliche Fragen rund um einen potentiellen Verkaufsprozess. Anspruchsvolle Mandate wickeln Sie eigenverantwortlich ab bzw. unterstützen Sie das Team bei komplexen Transaktionen im Bereich Unternehmensverkauf im Schweizer KMU-Umfeld, dies vom ersten Kontakt bis zum Closing (Due Diligence Prüfungen, analysieren sämtlicher Zahlen etc.). Mit Ihrer Expertise und Ihrer Erfahrung übernehmen Sie auch die Akquise von Neukundinnen und Neukunden und stärken damit den weiteren Ausbau des Unternehmens. Mit Ihrer ergebnis- und kundenorientieren Arbeitsweise, Ihrer Flexibilität und Ihrem Teamgeist behalten Sie auch in komplexen Situationen stets den Überblick und haben ein gutes Gespür für das Machbare.

IHRE PERSÖNLICHKEIT    Sie haben eine ökonomische/juristische Ausbildung, idealerweise eine Weiterbildung in Richtung Finanzanalyse (wie CFA, CAIA), mehrjährige Expertise in der Transaktionsberatung (z.B. im Private Equity Umfeld) und konnten auch erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Sales/Customer Acquisition machen bzw. sehen sich in der Lage, ein Netzwerk aufzubauen. Ihr Denken ist unternehmerisch, Sie weisen eine rasche Auffassungsgabe auf, ebenso eine hohe Sozialkompetenz und ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten. Stilsicheres Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
