Die Dienststelle Informatik (DIIN) erbringt umfassende IT-Dienstleistungen für die Departemente, Gerichte und Schulen des Kantons Luzern. Neben der Beratung zu Fragestellungen der Informatik in den Bereichen Architektur, Sicherheit, Infrastruktur, Projekte und Applikationen und der Bereitstellung von IT-Services betreibt sie die kantonale Informatikinfrastruktur in zwei modernen Rechenzentren und ist für den Aufbau und den Betrieb des komplexen kantonalen Kommunikationsnetzes besorgt. Microsoft 365 ist das digitale Rückgrat der Zusammenarbeit in der kantonalen Verwaltung und in den Schulen des Kantons Luzern. Wir bauen den Betrieb dieser Konzernplattform als eigenes Team neu auf und übernehmen ihn schrittweise von einem externen Partner. Als DevOps Engineer M365 baust und betreibst du diese Plattform: du überführst manuelle Konfigurationen in Configuration as Code, kennst Problemen im technischen Detail auf den Grund gehen und machst den Betrieb auditierbar.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du betreibst die M365-Plattform (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online usw.) über den ganzen Lebenszyklus. Im 2nd und 3rd Level bist du die Stelle, die Ursachen findet und dauerhaft behebt.
  • Du setzt die Governance technisch um: Teams-, Meeting- und App-Policies, Berechtigungs- und Sharing-Modell, Gastzugriffe und deren Lebenszyklus, Sensitivity Labels und Aufbewahrung. Jede Einstellung ist begründet, dokumentiert und auditierbar.
  • Du bringst die Plattform von der Klick-Verwaltung zu Configuration as Code: Konfiguration liegt versioniert im Repository, Änderungen laufen über Pipelines (Azure DevOps, Scripting, Microsoft Graph), Abweichungen werden automatisch erkannt und gemeldet.
  • Neue Microsoft-Features und Begehren der Dienststellen bewertest du technisch, baust die Voraussetzungen (etwa für Copilot Chat oder Teams-Transkription) und rollst sie mit dem Product Owner gestaffelt aus.
  • Du sorgst für Sichtbarkeit: Monitoring, Logging, Secure Score und der Abgleich mit Sicherheitsbaselines wie dem CIS Benchmark, damit wir Abweichungen sehen, bevor die Nutzer sie melden.
  • Migrationen planst du technisch und führst sie durch, zum Beispiel SharePoint On-Prem Migration in die Cloud und die Konsolidierung von Teams-Räumen und Konten aus anderen Tenants.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Informatik (FA, HF, FH oder Universität) und mehrjährige Erfahrung im Engineering und Betrieb von Microsoft 365 in einer Enterprise-Umgebung.
  • Substanz auf der Plattform: Teams-, Meeting- und App-Policies, Berechtigungs- und Sharing-Modell in SharePoint Online und OneDrive, Entra ID mit Gruppen, Gastzugriffen und Conditional Access, Exchange Online, Purview mit Labels und Aufbewahrung, Voraussetzungen für Copilot.
  • Automatisierung ist dein Standard, nicht die Ausnahme: Scripting und Microsoft Graph beherrschst du sicher, Konfiguration hältst du versioniert, Pipelines in Azure DevOps oder vergleichbar hast du selbst gebaut. Du hast schon einmal eine per Klick verwaltete Umgebung in Code überführt.
  • Du findest Ursachen statt Symptome: Incident- und Problem-Analyse mit Audit-Logs, Sign-in-Logs und Message Trace, sauberes Change-Vorgehen mit Rückweg.
  • Erfahrung mit Migrationen (SharePoint On-Prem nach Online, Tenant zu Tenant, Werkzeuge wie ShareGate) von Vorteil.
  • Erfahrung in agilen Setups (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe): du arbeitest aus einem Backlog, schätzt Aufwände korrekt und machst sichtbar, woran du bist.
  • Erfahrung in der öffentlichen Verwaltung oder einem regulierten Umfeld von Vorteil. Datenschutz und Governance verstehst du als Qualitätsmerkmal und nicht als Bremse.
  • Du dokumentierst, was du baust, und teilst dein Wissen im Team.
