Die Hug\-Verlag AG ist ein familiengeführtes Schweizer KMU mit Sitz in Thalwil. Seit über 75 Jahren entwickeln, gestalten und produzieren wir hochwertige Kinderzeitschriften. Unser Herzstück ist die beliebte Kinderzeitschrift JUNIOR – eines der erfolgreichsten Printprodukte Europas, erhältlich in der Schweiz, Deutschland und Österreich.

Zur Hug\-Verlag\-Gruppe gehören auch die Hugin GmbH, die mit dem junior\-partyshop und zwei Onlineshops betreibt, sowie die Klexx Agentur AG, eine Agentur für Kinder\- und Familienmarketing.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine strukturierte, analytische und umsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit als Senior Manager Operations \& IT, 80 %.

In dieser vielseitigen Schlüsselrolle arbeitest du eng mit der Geschäftsleitung zusammen und übernimmst Verantwortung für Systeme, Reporting und Prozesse.

Deine Aufgaben --------------

  • Leitung und Umsetzung von Operations\-, Digitalisierungs\- und IT\-Projekten von der Konzeption bis zur Einführung
  • Verantwortung für IT\- und Softwareplattformen, u. a. Microsoft 365, Teams, E\-Commerce Webseiten und Intranet
  • Analyse und Optimierung von operativen Abläufen und Prozessen in unseren verschiedenen Firmen
  • Weiterentwicklung von Kennzahlen, Reportings und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die Geschäftsleitung
  • Koordination von IT\-Infrastruktur, Hardware und externen IT\-Partnern
  • Analyse technischer und softwarebezogener Problemstellungen sowie Koordination geeigneter Lösungen
  • Koordination und Weiterentwicklung von Cyber\-Security\-Prozessen, Tests und Reportings
  • Verantwortung für Ressourcenplanung, Prozessoptimierung und effiziente Abläufe im Lager

Das bringst du mit ------------------

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Operations, Technologie, Projektmanagement oder einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis für digitale Systeme, Schnittstellen und operative Prozesse
  • Erfahrung in der Koordination und Steuerung externer Partner
  • Analytische, strukturierte und datenorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Hands\-on\-Mentalität
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Kennzahlen und Reportings
