Senior Manager Unternehmensentwicklung \& Beteiligungen (80\-100 %) In dieser vielseitigen Funktion entwickeln Sie die Beteiligungsstrategie weiter und übersetzen diese in konkrete Ziele und Erwartungen für die einzelnen Gesellschaften. Sie unterstützen eine systematische Gruppensteuerung, schaffen Transparenz und Vergleichbarkeit und entwickeln das Beteiligungscockpit über reine Finanzkennzahlen hinaus weiter. Da\-bei koordinieren Sie den Informationsfluss zwischen Muttergesellschaft, Beteiligungen und Verwaltungsratsvertretungen und bereiten strategische Themen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen vor. Fragestellungen wie Positionierung, Wachstum, Geschäftsmodellentwicklung, Nachfolge oder regulatorische Veränderungen bringen Sie frühzeitig auf die Agenda. Gleichzeitig koordinieren Sie die Schnittstellen zu Risk Controlling, Compliance, Rechnungswesen, Recht und weiteren Fachbereichen. Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung in strategischen, governancebezogenen oder beteiligungsnahen Aufgaben und ein fundiertes Verständnis von Unternehmensentwicklung, Corporate Governance sowie den Rollen von Eigentümerin, Verwaltungsrat und Geschäftsleitung. Ihr Hintergrund liegt idealerweise im Corporate Development, in Group Strategy, Financial Services Advisory, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld. Ein relevanter Hochschulabschluss rundet Ihr Profil ab. Gesucht wird eine analytisch starke, diplomatische und zugleich konsequente Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Umsetzungsorientierung. Sie verstehen es, anspruchsvolle Stakeholder einzubinden, Erwartungen klar zu formulieren und auch unbequeme Themen konstruktiv voranzutreiben.
