Aufgaben ###

  • Fachkompetenz (SME): Agieren als primäre/r Fachexperte/in (Subject Matter Expert) für XYZ-Transfersysteme, automatisierte Handling-Technologien, flexible Zuführsysteme sowie präzise Pick-and-Place-Mechanismen (einschließlich kundenspezifischer Endeffektoren und Greifer)
  • Technische Führung & Mentoring: Anleitung und Mentoring von Kolleginnen und Kollegen im Bereich mechatronischer Produktentwicklung und Innovationsprojekten, bei gleichzeitiger Etablierung von Best Practices, Konstruktionskonzepten und modularen Standards über verschiedene Projekte hinweg
  • Modulare Konstruktion und Entwicklung: Entwicklung wiederverwendbarer mechatronischer Module und standardisierte Architekturen zur Maximierung der Effizienz innerhalb der Business Area und darüber hinaus
  • Berechnungen und Simulation: Auslegung von Antriebs- und Bewegungskomponenten (Aktoren, Motoren, Pneumatik) sowie Durchführung von FEA- und Kinematik-Simulationen zur Optimierung von Taktzeiten, Lastgrenzen und dynamischem Systemverhalten
  • Projekt- und Arbeitspaket Management: Planen, abschätzen und ausführen technischer Arbeitspakete unter Einhaltung von Aufwand, Budget und Terminvorgaben. Erarbeiten von Entscheidungsprozessen und frühzeitiges Erkennen und Eskalieren potenzieller Projektabweichungen
  • Analytische Problemlösung & Verifikation: Durchführung von 1D/3D-Toleranzanalysen und Root Cause Analysen, Überwachung physischer Prototypentests sowie Präsentation datengestützter Neukonstruktionslösungen gegenüber Stakeholdern und Produktmanagern
  • Technische Dokumentation: Erstellung, Überprüfung und Pflege der formalen technischen Dokumentation unter Einhaltung regulatorischer Vorschriften
  • Funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit: Effektive Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern wie Produktion, Einkauf, Qualitätssicherung, Regulatory Affairs, Service und externen Lieferanten

Profil ###

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder einer verwandten Ingenieurwissenschaft 
  • Starke und langjährige Erfahrung in der mechanischen Konstruktion, vorzugsweise in einem regulierten Umfeld (z. B. Medizintechnik, Diagnostik oder GxP-Umfeld) 
  • Expertise in Transfer Systemen oder Automatisierung: Fundierte Kenntnisse in der mechatronischen Konstruktion von Transfersystemen, Automatisierungstechnologien oder Roboterarm-Anwendungen
  • Berechnungen & physikalische Simulation: Ausgeprägte praktische Kenntnisse in mechanischen Berechnungen (Antriebs-/Motorenauslegung, Trägheitsmomente, strukturelle Belastungen) und Simulationen (FEA, Bewegungs-/Kinematikanalyse mit Tools wie ANSYS, MATLAB/Simulink oder nativen CAD-Bewegungsmodulen)
  • CAD, PLM & Toleranzrechnung: Fundierte Praxiskenntnisse in CATIA V5 und/oder SolidWorks, SAP-DVS-Systemen sowie fundierte Kenntnisse der Norm ISO 8015 (Geometrische Produktspezifikation / Form- und Lagetoleranzen) 
  • Design for Excellence (DFX) & Inbetriebnahme: Fundiertes Wissen über Design for Manufacturing in verschiedenen Herstelltechnologien, Werkstoffauswahl sowie praktische Erfahrung in der Industrialisierung von Produkten zur Serienreife
  • Vorausgesetzt werden verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, hervorragende analytische und systematische Arbeitsweise, hohe Anpassungsfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
