Als Senior Network Engineer entwickelst du unsere Netzwerkumgebung gezielt weiter, treibst Automatisierung voran und gestaltest Lösungen, die den Anforderungen unserer Kundinnen und Kunden von heute und morgen gerecht werden. Dabei verbindest du technisches Know\-how mit Pragmatismus und schaffst am Business ausgerichtete nachhaltige Lösungen. Senior Network Engineer Deine Aufgaben Verantwortung für den stabilen Betrieb unserer Infrastrukturen und Services Weiterentwicklung unserer IP/MPLS\-, Voice\-, ACI\-, FTTH\- und DOCSIS\-Plattformen Aktive Mitgestaltung von Themen wie Monitoring, Security und Netzwerkautomation Planung, Design und Implementierung von Netzwerkarchitekturen mit Fokus auf Stabilität, Skalierbarkeit, Kosteneffizienz, Sicherheit und Automatisierung Evaluation neuer Technologien sowie Erarbeitung von Architektur\- und Betriebskonzepten Definition und Umsetzung von technischen Standards, Best Practices und Security\-Vorgaben Technische Verantwortung in Infrastruktur\- und Netzwerkprojekten sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und Partnern Analyse komplexer Störungen und nachhaltige Behebung von Incidents im 3rd\-Level\-Support Teilnahme am Pikettdienst (24/7\-Bereitschaft) im Rotationsprinzip mit dem Team Deine Fähigkeiten Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich IT/Telekommunikation oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Engineering, Betrieb und Architektur komplexer Netzwerkinfrastrukturen Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Routing, IP/MPLS, Security, Monitoring und Automatisierung Erfahrung mit Anschlusstechnologien FTTH oder Docsis sowie Infrastrukturen von Cisco und Huawei sind ein Plus Hohe Eigenverantwortung mit dem Anspruch, technische Lösungen am Business Nutzen auszurichten Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern und Fachbereichen sowie Positionierung als kompetenter, sichtbarer technischer Ansprechpartner im Unternehmen Strategischer Blick, operative Umsetzungsstärke und Pragmatismus bei komplexen technischen Fragestellungen Klare Kommunikation und die Fähigkeit, technische Themen verständlich auf den Punkt zu bringen Entscheidungsstärke sowie ein gutes Gespür für die Balance zwischen Stabilität, Innovation, Kosteneffizienz und Business\-Nutzen Führerausweis Kat.
