Arbeitsort: Baden (hybrides Arbeiten möglich) Pensum: 100% Eintritt: Nach Vereinbarung Deine Aufgaben: Du trägst die Gesamtverantwortung für die Netzwerkinfrastruktur der Gruppe über drei Schweizer Standorte inklusive VPN-Anbindung ins Tessin. Du konzipierst und leitest ein umfassendes Netzwerk-Redesign mit Zielarchitektur, Zonenkonzept und Migrationsstrategie. Du entwickelst Security-Konzepte und setzt sie um: Segmentierung, Zero Trust, Firewall-Policies, Always-on-VPN und Data Loss Prevention. Du betreibst und überwachst Router, Switches, Firewalls und WLAN in einer 24/7-Umgebung und entwickelst sie weiter (Pikett eine Woche pro Monat). Du arbeitest eng mit den Bereichen Server/Client, VMware und Cloud zusammen. Du bringst zwei Grossprojekte ins Ziel: WLAN-Erneuerung und neue Telefonanlage im Rahmen des laufenden Gebäudeumbaus. Du baust Netzwerkdokumentation sowie Betriebs- und Notfallkonzepte auf und reduzierst die Abhängigkeit von externen Partnern. Dein Profil: Mehrjährige, fundierte Praxiserfahrung im Netzwerkbereich (10+ Jahre), idealerweise aus einer Architektur- oder Senior-Rolle Erfahrung mit Netzwerk-Redesigns, Netzwerkautomatisierung und Network Security Zertifizierungen wie Sonicwall oder Extreme von Vorteil Erfahrung mit kritischen 24/7-Infrastrukturen, idealerweise in einer regulierten Branche Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse Bereitschaft für Pikettdienst (eine Woche pro Monat) Deine Benefits: Hybrides Arbeitsmodell Kleines, eingespieltes Team mit kurzen Wegen und direktem Draht zur IT-Leitung Wettbewerbsfähiges Gehalt je nach Kenntnissen und Kompetenzen Kurse, Workshops, Schulungen und Konferenzen Firmen- und Teamevents
