Senior oder Expert System Engineer (80 \- 100%) Werde Teil unseres Teams in Luzern Wir übernehmen für KMU in der Deutschschweiz die IT – von der ersten Beratung bis zum stabilen Betrieb. So schaffen wir Freiraum, damit sich unsere Kunden auf ihr Kerngeschäft konzentrieren können. Mit eigenen Datacentern in Luzern und als Internet Service Provider gewährleisten wir eine durchgängige Betreuung aus einer Hand. Zur Verstärkung unseres Engineering Teams suchen wir einen zusätzlichen Senior oder Expert System Engineer. Das sind deine Aufgaben: Du stehst an vorderster Front beim Kunden, wenn es um die Konzeption, das Design und die Implementierung oder Migration von Digital Workplaces geht. Du unterstützt unsere Kunden mit umfassenden Informationen und Beratung zu neuen Technologien für moderne IT\-Infrastrukturlösungen. Du übernimmst den Fachlead gegenüber wichtigen Kunden für Digital Workplace im Engineering. Mit hoher Eigenverantwortung und Selbständigkeit setzt du Workplace Infrastrukturen um, sowie das Management derer Umgebungen. Du erarbeitest neue mögliche Modern Workplace\-Konzepte und bist massgeblich an deren Umsetzung beteiligt. Du unterstützt bei betrieblichen Problemen im Rahmen des 2nd und 3rd Level Supports. Du pflegst unsere Knowledge\-Base und stellst die Qualität der Dokumentation sicher. Du übernimmst eine wichtige Rolle in der fachlichen Entwicklung unserer Junior und Professional System Engineers und dem abteilungsübergreifenden Know\-how\-Transfer. Das bringst du mit: Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Senior oder Expert System Engineer Auf Deutsch kannst du dich perfekt verständigen Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine selbständige Arbeitsweise Hands\-on\-Mentalität, um auch andere Aufgaben im Team zu übernehmen Team\- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit Kenntnisse von Konzeption, Aufbau und Betrieb komplexer Windows Server\- und Client\-Plattformen inkl. Active Directory, GPO, PKI und Lifecycle\-Management. Eigenständige Planung und Verwaltung von Microsoft 365 Tenants (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Entra ID) inkl. Security\- und Compliance\-Konfiguration. Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Identity \& Access Management Lösungen mit Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA / Passkeys und hybriden Identitätsarchitekturen. Scripting \& Automation: Versierter Umgang mit PowerShell zur Automatisierung von Betriebsprozessen, Konfigurationsmanagement und Tooling\-Entwicklung. Konzeption und Betrieb von Endpoint\-Management\-Plattformen mit Microsoft Intune (Autopilot, Compliance Policies, App Deployment) für Desktop und Mobile Endpoints Erfahrung im Betrieb von Citrix Virtual Apps \& Desktops inkl. Profil\-Management und Session\-Optimierung. Fundierte Kenntnisse im Betrieb von Hypervisor\-Umgebungen, Grundverständnis von Enterprise\-Netzwerk und Firewall\-Infrastruktur (z. B. Fortinet) sowie von Microsoft Teams Voice\-Lösungen mit Session Border Controller.
