Für das professionelle HR\-Team, mit Sitz in der Agglomeration Zürich\-West, suchen wir eine aufgeschlossene, dienstleistungsorientierte und proaktive Persönlichkeit als Senior Payroll \& HR Specialist 80\-100% (a) Ihre Aufgaben: Führen der gesamten Salär\- und Zeitabrechnungen nach aktuellen gesetzlichen Bestimmungen Abwicklung aller administrativen Arbeiten und Abrechnungen mit allen Sozialversicherungen Kontrolle und Weiterverarbeitung der elektronischen Zeit\- und Spesenerfassung Erste Anlaufstelle für Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften bei Lohn\- und Sozialversicherungsfragen sowie bei weiteren HR\-Anliegen Verarbeitung und Kontrolle der Versicherungsleistungen bei Krankheit, Unfall, Mutterschaft etc. Verantwortung/Verarbeitung der Quellensteuern für das ganze Unternehmen Mithilfe bei der Abstimmung der Monats\- und Jahresabschlüsse Kontaktpflege mit Vorgesetzten, Mitarbeitern, Ämtern und Versicherungen Mitarbeit bei HR\-Projekten und Testing im Payroll Ihr Profil: Einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Lohn\- und Sozialversicherungen Fundierte Abacus Kenntnisse, sowie sicherer Umgang mit IT\-Applikationen Zahlenflair, gewissenhaft und vertrauenswürdig Lösungsorientiert und sehr verantwortungsbewusst Teamplayer mit einer exakten, engagierten und effizienten Arbeitsweise Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch, weitere Sprachen wie ösisch und Italienisch wären von Vorteil Unser Angebot: Eine Schlüsselrolle mit hoher Eigenverantwortung Entwicklungsmöglichkeit: Stellvertretung der Teamleitung Anspruchsvolle Projekte in einem stabilen und erfolgreichen Umfeld Ein motiviertes, professionelles Team Moderne Arbeitsbedingungen und attraktive Rahmenbedingungen Können wir Sie für diese spannende Herausforderung begeistern?
