Unser Kunde ist ein grösseres Schweizer Unternehmen mit professionellen HR-Strukturen und komplexen Payroll-Prozessen. Sie arbeiten in einem erfahrenen Team und übernehmen einen anspruchsvollen Verantwortungsbereich. Gemeinsam suchen wir ein neues Teammitglied als "Senior Payroll Specialist 80-100%". Diese Stelle ist vorerst befristet auf acht Monate, bei Eignung oder Interesse kann eine Weiterbeschäftigung evaluiert werden. Der Stellenantritt ist per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung. 

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • In dieser Funktion verantworten Sie die monatliche Lohnverarbeitung selbständig und stellen einen korrekten Lohnlauf von mehreren hundert Mitarbeitenden sicher
  • Sämtliche Aufgaben rund um das Thema Payroll bearbeiten Sie eigenständig, inklusive Mutationen, Absenzen und variablen Lohnbestandteilen
  • Sozialversicherungen und Quellensteuern bearbeiten Sie fachlich sicher und termingerecht
  • Jahresendarbeiten, Abstimmungen und Kontrollen führen Sie selbständig durch und klären Differenzen direkt mit den zuständigen Stellen
  • Bei komplexen Payroll-Fragen bringen Sie Ihre Erfahrung ein und unterstützen die Weiterentwicklung bestehender Prozesse

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der selbständigen Payroll-Abwicklung von A bis Z bringen Sie zwingend mit
  • Praxis in einem Grossunternehmen mit umfangreichen Strukturen und anspruchsvollen Payroll-Prozessen ist zwingend erforderlich
  • Fundierte SAP-Erfahrung gehört zu Ihrem beruflichen Alltag und ermöglicht Ihnen einen sicheren Umgang mit Payroll-Prozessen
  • Ihre Arbeitsweise ist ausgesprochen hands-on, selbständig und zuverlässig, auch bei hohem Arbeitsvolumen
  • Gute Kenntnisse des Schweizer Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrechts runden Ihr fachliches Profil ab
