Für die Organisation suchen wir aktuell eine Senior Payroll Spezialistin / einen Senior Payroll Spezialisten 80-100%. Die Stelle soll per sofort bzw. nach Vereinbarung neu besetzt werden.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber

* Im zweiköpfigen Payroll Team stellen Sie eine korrekte und termingerechte Lohnverarbeitung sicher * Eigenständig bearbeiten Sie anspruchsvolle Themen rund um Sozialversicherungen, Quellensteuer, Mutationen und Jahresendarbeiten * Verantwortung übernehmen Sie zudem für Zahlungs- und Verbuchungsläufe sowie für die laufende Verbesserung von Payroll-Prozessen * Aktiv wirken Sie bei der Weiterentwicklung digitaler HR-Abläufe mit und bringen Ihre Ideen zur Prozessoptimierung ein * Als wichtige Schnittstelle stehen Sie im Austausch mit internen Fachbereichen, Finance sowie externen Ansprechpartnern

* Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung in Payroll oder Sozialversicherungen bildet Ihre ideale Grundlage * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Lohnwesen, vorzugsweise in einem grösseren Unternehmen, bringen Sie bereits mit * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, versierte IT-Anwenderkenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit Payroll- oder ERP-Systemen runden Ihr Fachprofil ab * Persönlich überzeugen Sie mit Teamgeist, Diskretion, einer lösungsorientierten Haltung und einer sympathischen, unkomplizierten Art
