Für unseren Standort Winterthur suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine erfahrene, kommunikationsstarke und engagierte Persönlichkeit als Senior Personalberater. Bist du spezialisiert auf Temporär- und Dauerstellen im Haupt- und Nebengewerbe und hast Erfahrung in Handwerktechnischen Berufen? Perfekt, dann hast du die besten Voraussetzungen.

Deine Aufgaben ###

  • Die Akquisition von Neukunden sowie Betreuung und Beratung der bestehenden Kunden
  • Rekrutierung von Kandidaten im In- und Ausland sowie Durchführung von Interviews
  • Stilsichere Erstellung von Inseraten und deren Disposition auf den Onlineportalen
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten im Personal- und Verkaufsbereich,

Dein Profil und Background ###

Für diese verantwortungsvolle Funktion mit Fachverantwortung, viel Eigenkompetenz und breitem Handlungsspielraum braucht es eine regional gut vernetzte, initiative, motivierte und verlässliche Persönlichkeit mit folgenden Fähigkeiten:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Personalberatung spiegelt deine Seniorität
  • Als gewinnender Kommunikationsprofi setzt du in Verhandlungen deine Branchenkenntnisse überzeugend ein
  • Deine gewinnende sowie lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit ist spürbar 
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse und hast Freude an der Digitalisierung
  • Deutsch sprichst du fliessend; weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
