Arbeitsort: Sursee Pensum: 80-100% Eintritt: Nach Vereinbarung Deine Aufgaben: Du übernimmst technische Konzeption und Architektur von OpenDXP- und Pimcore-Lösungen. Du entwickelst individuelle Plattformen rund um PIM, DAM, CMS, E-Commerce und digitale Services weiter. Du übersetzt fachliche Anforderungen in tragfähige technische Lösungsansätze und berätst Kunden bei Architekturentscheiden. Du konzipierst Datenmodelle, APIs, Schnittstellen und Integrationen mit Drittsystemen. Du entwickelst hands-on mit Symfony und PHP und arbeitest an Frontend-Komponenten mit. Du beurteilst Lösungsvarianten hinsichtlich Wartbarkeit, Skalierbarkeit, Performance und Sicherheit. Du führst Code Reviews durch und unterstützt das Team bei anspruchsvollen technischen Fragestellungen. Du entwickelst technische Standards, Best Practices und wiederverwendbare Komponenten weiter und sicherst die Qualität durch Testing und automatisierte Deployments. Dein Profil: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Entwicklung und Konzeption anspruchsvoller Web- und Plattformlösungen Sehr gute Kenntnisse in PHP und Symfony Mehrjährige Praxis mit Pimcore/OpenDXP oder vergleichbaren Frameworks Erfahrung in technischer Konzeption und Architektur digitaler Lösungen Gutes Verständnis für Datenmodelle, Schnittstellen, Systemintegrationen und API-basierte Architekturen Sicherer Umgang mit Git, Composer, Docker und CI/CD-Prozessen Gutes Verständnis moderner Frontend-Technologien wie React, Vite oder Hotwire Freude am direkten Austausch mit Kunden Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse Von Vorteil: Headless-Architekturen, E-Commerce, PIM/DAM, Datenmigrationen oder komplexe Integrationsprojekte Deine Benefits: Interdisziplinäres, erfahrenes Team mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen Viel Eigenverantwortung und Raum, technische Lösungen mitzugestalten Moderner Technologie-Stack mit OpenDXP, Pimcore, Symfony, PHP 8+, Tailwind, Docker und GitHub CI/CD Abwechslungsreiche Projekte von PIM und DAM über E-Commerce bis zu komplexen Systemintegrationen
