Was du mit uns bewegst ##

Als Senior Product Manager übernimmst du die Business-Verantwortung für eines oder mehrere unserer Produkte im Bereich App & Identity Security. Mit deiner Erfahrung gestaltest du gemeinsam mit Engineering, Sales und Marketing den nachhaltigen Erfolg unserer Produkte.

  • Du trägst die Business-Verantwortung für ein oder mehrere Produkte und deren nachhaltigen Erfolg im Markt.
  • Du verstehst Markt und Kundenprobleme und übersetzt sie in klare Business-Ziele und Prioritäten. Dabei triffst du fundierte Trade-offs und schaffst Alignment.
  • In der Weiterentwicklung von Produktvision und -strategie sowie deren Übersetzung in klare Ziele, Prioritäten und nachvollziehbare Roadmaps bist du federführend.
  • Gemeinsam Wirkung erzielen: Du bringst Teams und Stakeholder zusammen und misst Erfolg an der Wirkung für Kunden und Business statt an Features.
  • Gemeinsam mit Marketing, Sales und Partnern entwickelst und optimierst du die Go-to-Market-Strategie und treibst so den Markterfolg voran.

Das bringst du schon mit ##

  • Hochschulabschluss (FH/Universität) mit technischem oder betriebswirtschaftlichem Hintergrund
  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung im Product Management komplexer B2B-Enterprise-Produkte, idealerweise im IT- oder IT-Security-Umfeld
  • Nachweislicher Leistungsausweis in der erfolgreichen Weiterentwicklung von Produkten und der Erzielung messbaren Kunden- und Business-Impacts
  • Hohe Product-Management-Maturität mit fundierter Erfahrung in Product Discovery, Strategieentwicklung, Priorisierung und evidenzbasierter Entscheidungsfindung
  • Ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, Kundenbedürfnisse, Marktchancen, technologische Möglichkeiten und wirtschaftliche Ziele miteinander zu verbinden
  • Neugier und schnelle Auffassungsgabe für komplexe Märkte und Technologien sowie grosses Interesse an Cyber Security; entsprechende Security-Erfahrung ist von Vorteil 
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
